I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York — a place that shaped my resilience, faith, and deep appreciation for culture and community. Growing up in Brooklyn taught me the power of voice, storytelling, and showing up authentically, even when life feels overwhelming.
At the age of 16, I was diagnosed with mental health challenges that often left me feeling misunderstood, unheard, and searching for identity. Those early experiences marked the beginning of a lifelong journey toward healing — one that would later become the foundation of my purpose.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Mental Health and Community Administration. My education, paired with lived experience, allows me to approach mental health with both clinical understanding and compassion, bridging faith, wellness, and real-life healing.
Beyond my work, I find joy in the simple things — spending quality time with my small family in our own little bubble, laughing with my sisters, and cherishing moments of peace and connection. These spaces ground me and remind me why healing, community, and love matter so deeply.
My story is not one of perfection, but of perseverance — proof that healing is possible, identity can be restored, and no one has to walk their journey alone.
